Deep into that full moon hours peering, long I stood in the house, wondering, fearing, doubting, thinking and meditating as no mortal ever dared to meditate before.

The essence of what meditation can give is has very little to do with miracles and supernatural powers. Yet, miracles and supernatural powers get one’s attention.

Whatever items and objects materialized out of thin air through meditation has a powerful effect on it. These materializations are not for exhibition but they are purposive evidence of Raja Yoga and has beneficial effects on the receiver.

Raja Yoga means the King of Yogas because the mind is supposed to be the king among the organs. If one can meditate by subjugating the mind, he can be the King of Kings.

The one who through meditation can unite the cosmic energy and the coiled-energy hidden in the body will experience the supernatural powers and perennial source of bliss to realize their own energy and mind power.

and a time to every purpose under the Heavens,
A time to conception and a time to deliver,
A time to plant and a time to pluck-up,
A time to be born and a time to die.

Fish rears its eggs through its mere sight, Hen hatches its eggs through hugging but tortoise rears its eggs just by its thought. Thus, anyone who can think, can meditate!
